Job summary

The role includes coordinating data input, reporting, and analysis, conducting information sessions, and representing PaCE at recruitment events to help students plan their academic path and complete degrees.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job related field.
• Two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas or related field; a master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding degrees, certificates, and courses that align with their aptitudes and interests.
• Assist prospective and current students with enrollment and program completion issues by applying sound judgment and knowledge of standards.
• Schedule and conduct information sessions for current and prospective students and attend recruitment events to promote PaCE programs.
• Maintain accurate student information in the CRM and prepare reports on recruitment, applications and enrollment.
