Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking a Site Support Student Services team member at Rio Salado College. This part-time position provides front-line customer service, assists with student intake, registration, and scheduling, and supports data entry and file management to keep programs running smoothly.

You will use Excel and Word to enter and track student information, coordinate testing appointments, and help instructors and managers resolve data issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of prior work experience.
• Strong computer skills and front-line, fast-paced customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line customer service and administrative program support for academic and career training programs.
• Performs data entry and file management using Excel/Word; assists with registration, intake, and scheduling; supports instructors and staff to resolve data issues.
• Provides general administrative support to managers and staff and participates in routine office tasks.
