Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District is seeking a Student Services Technician for the Rio Salado College Surprise location. The role focuses on front-line customer service, intake, enrollment support, and maintenance of student records within grant-funded procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with testing processes, CRM data entry, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED and one year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line customer service and student services support to students, staff, and the public regarding noncredit workforce development programs, pathways, eligibility requirements, registration, enrollment, and available resources.
• Maintains accurate and confidential student records, data entry across multiple databases, and supports daily site operations such as facility events and supply orders.
• Participates in staff meetings and assists with administrative tasks and special projects to support department priorities.
