Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries from students, staff and the public face-to-face, by phone or online chat.
• Connects prospective and current students with support resources for retention and success.
• Guides students through matriculation, enrollment, records and financial aid processes.
• Performs data entry and records management tasks with accuracy and discretion.
• Performs duties in support of enrollment, records and financial aid functions.
