Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a fast-paced setting. You will conduct interviews, provide program information, support informed decisions, and maintain engagement through matriculation.

The starting pay range is $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, with responsibilities spanning outreach, follow-up, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments for information and next steps.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the SIS.
• Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, accountability and time management.
