The role supports the Dual Enrollment program and collaborates with campus colleagues to ensure accurate, timely services. Starting at $72,784 per year with step increases; full-time, 40 hours/week on the San Elijo campus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from high school or GED with business-related courses and two years clerical/administrative experience.
• Ability to interpret residency rules and maintain student privacy under FERPA.
• Experience using student information systems and standard office software.

• Assist current, returning, and prospective students with admissions, enrollment, and residency questions.
• Review and process applications; determine residency status per state requirements.
• Maintain confidential student records and generate required reports.
