Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2 years of related work experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceedingly well organized with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Center operations and student support services.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, resources, and services for student success.
