Job summary

National University is seeking a Campus Support Specialist to provide on-site support for students and prospective students. You will handle inquiries related to advising, financial aid, student accounts, and university services, acting as a liaison and first-level contact for remote advising.

You will organize data, update attendance rosters, plan campus events with the Associate Center Director, and maintain records while upholding university policies and ensuring excellent service to students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience working in a technology-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and emails from prospective students.
• Assist with advising and university services queries.
• Organize and input information into databases; update attendance rosters.
• Plan and coordinate events with campus leadership; communicate updates to faculty and students.
