Job summary

This position focuses on delivering accurate information, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining a welcoming, organized campus environment at the Vandenberg Education Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, in-person walk-ins, and emails from prospective students.
• Assist with student queries related to advising and university services.
• Organize and input information into databases.
• Plan and coordinate events with the Associate Center Director.
• Answer application and general enrollment inquiries from the public.
• Maintain attendance rosters and communicate updates to faculty, students, and staff.
