Job summary

NWACC is seeking a COX Welcome Desk and Student Information Center Supervisor in Benton, AR. The role oversees front desk operations, supervises part-time staff, and coordinates scheduling and training to ensure friendly service for students, employees, and guests.

You will maintain up-to-date information on campus services and events, support Student Life programs such as the Food Pantry and Game Room, and handle communications and daily operations to ensure smooth service coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate assistance to students, staff, and visitors.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of front desk staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules for both desks.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service coverage.
• Communicate updates and procedures from Student Life to front desk staff.
• Support Student Life initiatives, including the Food Pantry and Game Room.
• Answering switchboard calls for the college.
