Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer general questions about SCC programs and services.
• Provide event information and general campus information (hours, website access, activities).
• Assist students/visitors with scheduling Allied Health Academic Advisors appointments.
• Answer incoming calls professionally; direct to appropriate area; log messages.
• Maintain information/publications regarding college programs and services.
• Assist with administrative tasks: respond to emails, manage tour schedule, reception area, proctor exams as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Update student information, log visitor details, maintain records.
• Assist with campus events as needed.
