Job summary

Atlantic Cape Community College is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to assist current and prospective students through the enrollment process, using in-person and virtual channels including chat, email, and phone. This internal posting reports to the Assistant Director, Student Affairs, CMCC.

The role involves processing admissions documents, guiding students through course selection and registration, and providing information on financial aid and program options.

Qualifications

• Customer service and enrollment support experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process admission applications and related documents.
• Assist students with enrollment, front counter, chat, email, phone, and virtual support.
• Provide information on financial aid eligibility and program details.
• Assist with course selection and registration.
• Support operations using CRM/ERP systems.
• Support online student accounts.
• Ensure placement scores are submitted and recorded.
• Refer students to institutional resources.
• Arrange outreach and recruitment for events.
• Assist with events on and off campus.
• Perform general office duties and manage supplies.
