Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Process payments and reconcile daily cash drawers; answer basic fee questions.
• Assist students with navigating College systems and enrollment tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot student records and enrollment issues; maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Inform and guide students through student affairs processes such as course registration, FAFSA, transcripts, and payment plans.
