Software Technology Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle calls from Florida high school and college students regarding Florida scholarships and grants.

The assignment lasts at least 90 days with a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Must have strong job tenure.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Experience in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Florida students about scholarships and grants.
• Work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Engage with callers in a courteous, accurate manner.
• Complete a level 2 screening, including background checks.
