Acosta Group is seeking student talent for a part-time role representing SpaceX through Mosaic. You will cover a campus-adjacent territory with door-to-door outreach, earning base hourly pay plus commission for activations. This paid training and field coaching role is designed to fit around your class schedule.

Paid training starts Oct 5, 2026; field selling runs Oct 12 through year-end. You will be a Mosaic W-2 employee, with background check and local permits as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in school and able to work 15–25 hours per week around class schedule.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone; territory in rural areas require dependable transportation.
• No prior sales experience required; ambition, coachability, and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned campus-adjacent territory and plan routes using maps and tools.
• Initiate conversations via door-to-door outreach and guide interested customers to start orders using personal referral code.
• Look for opportunities beyond the front door through local events, markets, and partnerships.
• Grow network by turning conversations into referrals to neighbors and friends.
• Log activity and participate in regular coaching sessions with Regional Sales Manager.
