Acosta Group’s Mosaic Sales Solutions is hiring a Student Business Development Representative to represent SpaceX Starlink in a university-led territory. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, engage residents, and leverage referrals to drive activations while balancing a part-time schedule around classes.

Paid training, field coaching, and a path to develop skills in sales, territory planning, and community engagement are offered. Must be 18+, have a vehicle, license, and smartphone.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15 to 25 hours per week around your class schedule.
• You have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
• You do not need prior sales experience; ambitious, coachable and able to meet new people.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes using maps and tools.
• Start conversations via door-to-door outreach and help customers get started using a referral code.
• Look for opportunities beyond the front door, at markets, events, and partnerships.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into local introductions.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage with Mosaic’s field app and receive coaching.
