Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is recruiting for a part-time Student Business Development Representative to represent SpaceX’s Starlink in local communities. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, engage residents, and guide interested customers through the signup process using personal referral codes.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work, paid training, and performance-based commissions. You will work 15–25 hours weekly around your class schedule, with support from Mosaic

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15 to 25 hours per week around your class schedule, including some evenings and weekends when residents are most likely to be home.
• You have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone. Because territories are rural, reliable transportation is important.
• Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership is a plus.
• You are self-motivated and dependable with guidance and a clear plan.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes to reach households that may be a fit for Starlink.
• Start conversations through door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Look for opportunities beyond the front door through events and local partnerships.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into introductions to neighbors, family, and friends.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app and engage with managers for feedback.
