Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Student Business Development Representative to represent SpaceX on behalf of Mosaic, targeting rural and underserved communities with Starlink. The role is part-time, field-based, and designed for students to gain real sales experience while earning hourly pay plus commission.

You will manage an assigned territory near campus, conduct door-to-door outreach, and engage with families to explore Starlink options.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student and available 15–25 hours per week
• Has a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious, coachable, social and eager to learn
• Self-motivated and dependable with guidance and a plan

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory around campus and plan routes using maps and tools
• Initiate conversations door-to-door and explain Starlink offerings via personal referral code
• Engage community through events, markets, partnerships, and civic groups
• Grow network by turning conversations into referrals to neighbors and friends
• Log activities, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app and meet with RM
