Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a Reentry Advisor in Grand Prairie, TX to support student retention and re-enrollment. You will contact former, absent, and at-risk students to encourage persistence and facilitate a successful return to school, coordinating outreach with campus leadership and student services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' professionally relevant work experience; experience in student services, admissions, or retention preferred.
• Ability to conduct high-volume outreach and document activities in systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to former students via phone, email, text to encourage re-entry.
• Maintain contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach activities in designated systems.
• Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss resources and re-entry opportunities.
• Identify barriers to attendance and provide support resources.
• Participate in weekly campus accountability meetings and provide updates on outreach and re-entry progress.
• Support re-entry initiatives and retention efforts designed to increase re-enrollment.
• Assist Student Affairs in connecting students with internal and external support services.
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to confidentiality requirements.
