Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Reentry Advisor in Grand Prairie, TX to support retention and re-enrollment efforts. You will contact former and at-risk students, discuss resources, and coordinate re-entry opportunities to promote ongoing enrollment.

The role collaborates with campus leadership and Student Affairs to track engagement and drive re-entry progress while upholding confidentiality and company policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience; student services or retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to former students via phone, email, text to encourage re-entry.
• Maintain ongoing contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach and outcomes.
• Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss resources and re-entry options.
• Identify barriers to attendance and provide support resources.
• Participate in weekly campus accountability meetings with updates on outreach progress.
• Support retention efforts to increase re-enrollment and persistence.
