Capitol Technology University in Laurel, MD seeks an Undergraduate Enrollment Advisor to recruit and guide prospective students through the admissions process. You will represent the university at events, conduct outreach by email, phone, and in person, and drive enrollment growth in assigned territories.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus experience with CRM/SIS systems and a willingness to travel. This is a full-time position on our Laurel campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle for local travel.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area and attend in-person meetings.
• Experience with CRM/SIS systems (Salesforce and Jenzabar preferred).

Responsabilités

• Maintain recruitment of new student inquiries within assigned territories.
• Engage with prospects via in-person, CRM, email, text, and phone.
• Lead outreach activities and initiatives to boost enrollment.
• Support enrollment operations and campus events.
• Represent Capitol Technology University at events and tours.
• Promote the university's programs and value to diverse audiences.
• Keep up-to-date on programs and admissions processes.
• Use CRM to track communications and organize events.
• Review applications, prepare folders, and advise on scholarships.
• Occasional evenings and weekends required during peak seasons.
