Responsibilities

• Lead admissions operations including workflows, policy, data, and CRM (JRM, Salesforce).
• Develop and execute a data-driven strategic enrollment plan to increase enrollment and diversify applicants.
• Oversee evaluation of applications and finalize acceptance decisions with academics."
• Recruit, develop, and retain a business-minded admissions team focused on collaboration and excellence.
• Track enrollment metrics and report to the VPAAE; design targeted communications for applicants.
