Job summary

Capitol Technology University in Laurel, MD is seeking an Assistant Director of Transfer & Adult Admissions. This full-time role focuses on coordinating transfer and adult admissions, building relationships with two-year and military education partners, and driving applications to our programs.

The position reports to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment and requires travel, occasional evenings, and weekend events to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Experience meeting enrollment targets.
• Excellent communication across various channels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• 2-3 years of professional or related experience in higher education or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment of prospective transfer, adult, and military students within assigned territories.
• Collaborate with faculty to establish articulation agreements.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with external institutions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive transfer recruitment and communications plan.
• Lead organization and execution of on-campus and virtual undergraduate recruitment events.
• Coordinate evaluation of transcripts, certifications, and Joint Service Transcripts for adult, military, and transfer students.
• Establish evaluation metrics to measure event effectiveness and report results.
• Travel, night, and weekend work is required.
