Job summary

Community Charter School of Cambridge (CCSC) is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager to lead family outreach and enrollment efforts across Cambridge and neighboring communities. You will coordinate recruitment events, manage communications with families, and partner with schools and community groups to support CCSC’s mission and anti-racism initiatives.

The role combines on-site and off-site work, with expectant evening and weekend engagement.

Qualifications

• Direct student recruitment experience, preferably in a school setting.
• Experience partnering with community organizations to reach families.
• Ability to plan and execute open houses and outreach events.
• Bilingual ability is preferred to engage diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts in Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, and Revere.
• Develop enrollment plans and participate in outreach events and fairs.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and families to support CCSC's mission.
• Coordinate Open House and Accepted Students Day activities and materials.
