Job summary

Community Charter School of Cambridge (CCSC) seeks a Student Recruitment Manager to lead outreach and enrollment efforts across Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, and Revere. You will work with families, schools, and community organizations to promote CCSC's mission and manage the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Direct student recruitment experience in a school setting preferred.
• Experience working with community-based organizations.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Fluent in a language other than English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts in Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, and Revere.
• Attend fairs and community events to recruit and enroll students.
• Develop enrollment plans and coordinate materials with the Recruitment Team.
• Maintain communication tracker for follow-ups with families and students.
• Organize CCSC Open House and Accepted Students Day events.
