Job summary

Spring Branch ISD is seeking a Registrar responsible for maintaining student records at the campus level. The position involves processing student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals while ensuring compliance with Texas regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role also includes supervising office support staff and managing student records with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or Teaching Certificate from out of state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student records and process enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding transcripts and grading.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper management of student records.
