Job summary

Horizons Youth Services at Milwaukee Job Corps Center seeks an experienced Records Supervisor for our Milwaukee facility. This full-time role oversees all student records and accountability, supervising the records clerk, and ensuring proper input of records and credentials in CIS.

The position requires directing administrative duties, reporting, and coordination with center staff. The role emphasizes privacy, government compliance, and efficient record-keeping while supporting program

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office) required
• Ability to supervise staff and handle records responsibilities efficiently

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all student records and accountability functions
• Serves as gatekeeper of applicant files and input of records
• Prepares and distributes reports (morning report, projections, etc.)
• Coordinates transportation needs per DLMS travel guidelines
• Implements clothing and personal allowance systems for students
• Ensures security of personal student information
• Participates in staff training and performs additional duties as assigned
• Maintains compliance with government directives and program policies
