Qualifikationen

• Code and review Intent to Graduate cards.
• Review graduation requirements to clear students for graduation.
• Notify students and departments of graduation requirement problems.
• Work with students and departments to resolve graduation problems.
• Provide graduation assistance: assist with graduation planning and ceremony preparation; print diplomas and replacement diplomas; attend all graduation ceremonies; coordinate the awarding of en route associate degrees; order and track graduation supplies.
• Maintain an up-to-date procedure manual.
• Other duties as assigned.
