Job summary

Cleveland State University Engaged Learning is seeking a Registrar/Student Records Associate to respond to and process student record update requests and to manage assigned system production jobs.

You will support graduation, commencement, degree audit and related activities while coordinating scheduling and curricular changes. Strong communication and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business, IT, liberal arts, social science, or related fields.
• One (1) year of experience with student records processing and maintenance in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and processes student record update requests.
• Manages assigned system production jobs and supports graduation, commencement, degree audit, and petitions activities.
• Assists in scheduling coordination and curricular change processes.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers; uses MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
