Responsibilities

• Provide information and convey university policies to students, faculty, staff and the public in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with registration transactions, enrollment verifications, transcript requests, and legal name changes; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records and assist departments in resolving questions related to records.
