Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with higher education administrative systems preferred.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or similar SIS.
• Experience creating SQL queries and reporting.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Applies PeopleSoft and Student Records expertise to meet registrar needs.
• Maintains PeopleSoft configuration including student groups and service codes.
• Schedules and maintains batch processes updating records.
• Performs in-depth testing of Student Records changes.
• Defines requirements, creates plans, tracks deadlines.
• Develops queries and reports for enrollment and retention.
• Collaborates with university technical staff to optimize applications.
