Job summary

Alcuin School seeks a Registrar & Database Manager to safeguard student, family, enrollment, and academic data across Blackbaud Education Management, Ravenna, ManageBac, and CampBrain. You will oversee accuracy, access, and processing of records for students from 18 months through grade 12, ensuring secure handling of confidential information.

Reporting to the Director of Technology and Innovation, you will coordinate data governance, annual enrollment, and transcript processes, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, education administration, business, data management, or a related field.
• Direct experience with Blackbaud Education Management and school data systems.
• Ability to administer system of record, manage user access, reconcile data, and generate accurate reports.
• Ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate student, family, and academic records across Blackbaud and approved archives.
• Configure and manage enrollment cycles, contracts, and data imports.
• Administer data across Ravenna, ManageBac, CampBrain, and SEVIS workflows.
• Produce enrollment, roster, and accreditation data reports for leadership and operations.
