Job summary

Alcuin School in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registrar & Database Manager to safeguard student, family, and academic records across Blackbaud Education Management and connected systems. You will ensure data accuracy, manage enrollment cycles, and coordinate with Admissions, Business Office, and division leaders.

The role requires strong experience with Blackbaud, data governance, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while supporting accreditation efforts and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, education administration, business, data management, or a related field.
• Experience administering registrar systems and data governance.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student, family, and enrollment records across Blackbaud and approved archives.
• Configure annual enrollment cycles and manage contracts with Admissions and the Business Office.
• Administer data across Ravenna, ManageBac, CampBrain, and SEVIS workflows.
• Produce enrollment, roster, retention, and accreditation reports for leadership.
• Ensure data privacy and system security according to FERPA and school policies.
