The Quad Preparatory School is seeking a full-time Registrar to maintain accurate student records, oversee enrollment documentation, and manage transcripts and reports. The role supports Admissions, Academic Leadership, and the Business Office to ensure data flows from enrollment through graduation, with emphasis on confidentiality and meticulous data handling.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Proficiency with Veracross or similar SIS and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, confidential student records and transcripts, ensuring compliance with NYS/NYC requirements.
• Oversee enrollment contracts, documentation, and correspondence with families and colleges.
• Coordinate enrollment, attendance, and records workflows across departments.
• Respond to records requests from families, schools, and external parties with discretion and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions, Business Office, and Academic Leadership on processes.
