Responsibilities

• Distribute rosters and arrange substitute coverage; enter jobs in SubFinder.
• Distribute tardy slips and code attendance in Skyward.
• Ensure attendance is reported daily; update absence codes.
• Maintain enrollment totals for class rosters and campus.
• Handle phone, written and walk-in requests from staff and parents.
• Collect documentation and distribute to appropriate personnel.
• Enter and update student data in Skyward system.
• Obtain proof of residence and enroll/withdraw students as needed.
• Maintain student files and respond to information requests.
• Prepare and distribute reports and notifications as required.
• Adhere to district records policies and retention schedules.
