Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college-level work (Associate’s) and four years of related work experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and preparing reports.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Manages, plans, directs and organizes assigned projects (E).
• Coordinates communication with campus and outside agencies (E).
• Prepares and edits documents, reports, surveys and forms (E).
• Maintains records and submits required compliance reports (E).
• Provides training and supervision to staff and student workers (E).
• Assists with budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation (E).
