PAM Transport in Hammond, IN is seeking a School Coordinator to support students in our Driver Training Program. This on-site role coordinates activities, tracks paperwork, and ensures a smooth student experience on campus.

Ideal candidates have strong data entry and customer service skills, proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI, plus the ability to multitask calmly. Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; pay $19–$22/hr; benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student activities and events to promote engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for student resources.
• Assist with student records, registration, and scheduling confidentially.
• Collaborate with faculty to facilitate communication and resolve concerns.
• Support new student orientation and ensure a smooth intro.
• Maintain organized records of participation, attendance, feedback.
• Promote inclusivity and diverse student engagement.
