Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a Trainee/Mentor Coordinator in the United States to manage onboarding, training, and supervision of the Mentor Fleet. You’ll work across Recruiting, Driver Development, Operations, Safety, Payroll, Risk Management and Assets to ensure a steady supply of newly trained drivers for PAM Transport.

The role offers weekday hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a pay range of $45,000–$50,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, and

Select Driving School is looking for a Trainee/Mentor Coordinator to add to their team. About this position These positions provide an in-depth view of new student onboarding and training as well as the selection, training, and supervision of the Mentor Fleet. Each day provides opportunities to widen your circle of influence and build new relationships within Recruiting, Driver Development, Operations, Safety, Payroll, Risk Managemment and Assets as you help provide a supply of newly first-seat drivers to PAM Transport.

Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

The pay range is $45,000 - $50,000 per year dependent on experience
