Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with people.
• Knowledge of AS400 preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student activities, events and programs to promote engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for students seeking campus resources.
• Assist in managing student records, registration and scheduling with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with faculty to facilitate communication and address concerns.
• Support new student orientation and ensure a positive introduction to campus life.
• Maintain documentation of student participation, attendance and feedback.
• Promote inclusive environment encouraging participation from diverse student populations.
