Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a School Coordinator for its on-site Hammond campus in Indiana. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an hourly pay range of $19–$22 depending on experience.

The position focuses on supporting students in the Driver Training Program, managing paperwork, scheduling, and campus communications. Responsibilities include coordinating events, assisting with records and accommodations, and collaborating with faculty to ensure a smooth student experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Strong data entry and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Experience with AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student activities, events, and programs for engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for students seeking campus resources.
• Manage student records, registrations, and scheduling with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to facilitate communication.
• Support new student orientation and ensure a positive campus introduction.
• Maintain documentation of participation, attendance, and feedback.
• Promote inclusive environment encouraging diverse participation.
