Job summary

Harper General Contractors is seeking a Student Program Coordinator to join our HR team. You will help manage internship and co-op programs, coordinate college recruitment events, and serve as the primary liaison with university partners.

This role also supports onboarding, orientation, HRIS upkeep, and program reporting with flexible work options after training. Ideal candidates hold a degree in HR or a related field and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or administrative support preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS, onboarding, and college recruiting processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate College Recruiting and Candidate Management.
• Manage Student Lifecycle and Supervisor Support.
• Plan Student Programming and Engagement events.
• Maintain Program Systems and Reporting.
• Support discussions about converting interns to full-time roles.
