Job summary

HarperCollins Publishers is seeking a Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner for North America, focusing on HCCP and supporting HarperCollins Publishers as needs evolve. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, early career programs, stakeholder partnerships, and process improvements.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage internships, and build pipelines to meet evolving business priorities. A strong emphasis on candidate experience and data-driven decisions is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in experienced-hire recruiting, including ownership of full-cycle searches.
• Experience with campus recruitment and internship programs is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for HarperCollins Christian Publishing while flexing to support HarperCollins Publishers based on hiring volume and business priorities.
• Proactively identify talent needs and opportunities, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and execute programs that strengthen talent pipelines.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from entry-level to senior roles, including sourcing, resume review, phone screens, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, and guide hiring managers with data-informed insights.
