Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.
• Universal Precautions certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ELCS/Discovery Link, district, and state policies on student supervision, safety, and staff conduct.
• Maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios at all times.
• Support daily program schedule and supervise students with a Program Leader.
• Plan and implement engaging curriculum and activities, including outdoor programming.
• Prepare, clean, and organize spaces and review daily schedules and assignments.
• Foster positive relationships with families and school personnel and provide program information.
