Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least three (3) months (455 hours) of experience with school-age children.
• Commitment to equity, accountability, integrity, collaboration and student success.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ELCS/Discovery Link, district, and state policies related to supervision, safety, and staff conduct.
• Follow staff conduct guidelines and licensing requirements, maintaining staff-to-child ratios.
• Supervise students independently and provide active supervision for safety.
• Implement daily program schedules, curriculum, and engaging activities.
• Maintain appropriate student behavior according to the district Behavior Matrix.
• Prepare spaces before and after use and review daily schedules and assignments.
• Foster positive relationships with families and staff; substitute as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
