Job summary

Denver Public Schools seeks staff for Extended Learning and Community Schools to supervise and engage students in safe, structured activities. The role supports a positive environment, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with families, staff, and Discovery Link programs.

Responsibilities include implementing daily schedules, promoting safe behavior, and maintaining spaces with supervisor guidance. Must hold First Aid/CPR certification and be 18+, with Colorado residency and relevant

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with at least 3 months (455 hours) of relevant experience with school-age children.
  • Live in Colorado while working with us.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise students and provide active supervision for safety.
  • Implement daily program schedules and engaging activities.
  • Maintain appropriate student behavior per district policies.
  • Follow policies and regulations related to supervision, safety, and staff conduct.
  • Foster positive relationships with families and school staff; assist at program sites as requested.
