Job summary

Jordan School District is seeking a dynamic professional to expand job shadow, internship and apprenticeship opportunities for students. You will build partnerships with local employers, visit sites, and align placements with labor-market data to maximize meaningful experiences for learners.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators and partners, supporting professional learning and ensuring placements are well-coordinated and impactful for student goals.

• Experience turning data into actionable partner strategy.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with local employers, community organizations and partners for job shadow, internship and apprenticeship sites.
• Visit sites with new and existing partners to assess needs and ensure safe, meaningful placements.
• Use local and national employment data to guide partnership efforts.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure classroom learning connects to on-the-job experiences.
• Facilitate focus groups and advisory meetings, and support professional learning.
• Maintain accurate records of partners and placements and report results to district stakeholders.
