Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Education, Counseling, Healthcare Admin, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of experience in program coordination or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work-based learning experiences for students (high school and college).
• Assist with student placement logistics, onboarding, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Support the Medical Assistant Apprenticeship and other programs; recruit, screen, and onboard participants.
• Maintain relationships with educational partners, mentors, and school personnel.
• Manage data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking to evaluate outcomes.
