Job summary

Mountwest Community & Technical College seeks a Career Navigator to support student enrollment, success, and workforce preparation. You will coordinate the Learn and Earn program, develop career readiness trainings, connect students with internships and jobs, and foster strong partnerships with employers and community organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, student services, business, or related field.
Experience in higher education preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, student information systems, and technology.
Travel will be required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
