Job summary

Kids for the Future in San Francisco seeks a Pathways & Partnerships Specialist to implement job readiness training and coordinate work-based learning experiences for youth. You will develop internships, job shadows, and placements while engaging employers and community partners.

Collaborating with the Director and Burton staff, you will recruit and train employers, build relationships, and support a diverse student population in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support job readiness training and work-based learning experiences.
• Develop internships, job shadows, and work placements with partners.
• Recruit, train, and support employers participating in programs.
• Collaborate with the Pathways Director and Burton staff.
• Build strong relationships with youth, families, and community partners.
• Work Monday–Friday; some evenings/weekends during SFUSD calendar.
