Job summary

Human Learning Systems LLC is seeking an Outreach and Admissions Counselor to support the Quentin Burdick Job Corps Center in Bismarck, ND. The role focuses on outreach, admissions, and ensuring compliance with DOL requirements while promoting Job Corps services to youth 16–24 years old.

The counselor will educate partners, coordinate campus tours, and assist applicants with eligibility and enrollments, including post-enrollment follow-up and graduate placement support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field.
• Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field, and two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Educates and recruits applicants for Job Corps and maintains required documentation.
• Assists in developing career and employability plans using the Personal Career Development Plan (PCDP).
• Conducts campus tours and represents the Job Corps Center at community events.
• Maintains applicant eligibility, completes required forms, and reports on enrollment activities.
• Supports CDSS activities and placement services for graduates.
